Mill Creek Foursquare is excited to host a dramatization of C.S. Lewis' classic The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The performances will be November of 2019, but in the meantime, we have much work to do - and we need your help. If you would like to contribute in any of the following ways, please contact either Director Mark Lewis or Stage Manager Shannon West.
Note on the timeline: We will be auditioning cast members in April in order to give costumers and set design people more time to work. So, do NOT leave your decision to try out for a part until the last moment! That moment could be gone. Costumers and Seamstresses. We have several animal costumes to create, as well as costumes for the White Witch and the Dwarf. Make-up Specialist. We need someone who can help us design make-up for animals. Set Builders. We need woodworkers to create a special wardrobe, two set platforms. Tree Wranglers. We will be creating moveable tree set pieces. We need people to help create these. Lighting. We need someone to design and run lighting for the show. Shannon can train you in how to program scenes into the light board system. We also need someone to run a spotlight. Set Decorators. We need help decorating and creating the set in late October, early November. Program Designer: Do you have publishing experience? Can you proofread documents? We'd love to have you design our program for the show.
